About This Book
Sam, This is You is a science fiction short story by Murray Leinster (pen name of William Fitzgerald Jenkins, 1896–1975), one of the foundational figures of American science fiction. Leinster published prolifically from 1919 to the 1970s and is credited with inventing the concept of a parallel universe in his 1934 story Sidewise in Time. He won the Hugo Award for Best Novelette in 1956.
