They had a tent off the monument, with a single demo model, a single woman manning the booth, and a manual on how to market the Reader. I was all alone, so I didn’t get to read the thing. Would have liked to.
Hook was, Sony had four comfy chairs people could sit in while they read from the device. Didn’t see any of the supposed booklighting overlays. Was nice enough to lend my Swiss army knife to cut away some of the plastic that was keeping her tent closed.
