Shoot It Again is a crime novel by Ed Lacy (pen name of Leonard S. Zinberg, 1911–1968), a left-wing, socially conscious American mystery writer. Lacy won the Edgar Award in 1958 for Room to Swing, which featured one of the first Black protagonists in American detective fiction. His novels are notable for their progressive racial politics and their depictions of working-class New York.
